HaLs computer services, with the exception to a few items, charges an hourly rate. Most computer and network issues, once diagnosed turn out to be something completely different then what initially is thought and quoted. This makes it hard and is not cost effective for you as the consumer to utilize our repair services. Once we arrive on site and make an assessment, we will give you an estimate and a run down of the services we will perform prior to you incurring a cost. Depending on your location, within reason, there may be a *trip/diagnostic charge incurred that we will gladly waive should we perform the work for you.

Just like having work done on your house or vehicle, be leary of that "lowest bidder" quote because often times you will be charged surprise fees for unanticipated services that are "discovered" along the way. HaLs does not "mark up" replacement parts and depending on your time constraints, will work with you to get the best parts at the cheapest rates.

*Trip/Diagnostic/Pickup fee of $35 may be incurred for travel outside of Longview depending on your locale.
